Great customer service! I ordered 4 new tires and they had them delivered the same day.. they were installed perfectly and very quickly. The manager and the technicians were friendly and very courteous, making sure I was comfortable and giving me updates and estimated time left during the entire process. Thank you for the fantastic experience! Definitely will be a returning customer!

The management team Josh and Kim went above and beyond expectations to get our family squared away. Professional, courteous and honest. Not all Firestone locations are like the one in Lake Charles and it has a lot to do with these guys showing some compassion and honesty. A+ 100% recommend because of the nation wide warranty and their dealership quality. Do not hesitate to ask them if they can help you. 100%

We've been doing business with Josh at Firestone on Ryan street in Lake Charles for years. He has taken such good care of us and our family that we don't even shop around for price anymore. We don't have to question if it's the best service and the best price in Lake Charles. Recently, we were traveling in Shreveport when two of our tires were vandalized at a hotel. We knew instantly that we wanted our car towed to a Firestone dealer to have our tires replaced so that when we returned home, Josh would be able to handle anything we needed for the life of our new tires. We highly recommend Josh at Firestone.

Scheduled an oil change. Two hours to complete WITH an appointment. Guy behind the counter learned it was a company account and tried selling me new tires because mine were six years old and cracked. The vehicle I brought in wasn't six years old. The tires were less than two years and great tread health, no cracks, no warning signs. Told him it wasn't necessary and to focus on the oil change. He said he's gonna request new tires to my boss anyway based off his "assessment," that it wasn't my choice to make. Belittled and tried to go above me to make a sale. Where I go for an oil change and service IS my choice to make, and Firestone will never have my keys in their hands again after that scam. Edited: the copy/paste corporate response dropped it another star.
